The webinar was anchored around the career prospects after MBA in the era of industry 4.0. The session was started with an informative presentation delivered by Dr Vijesh Jain in which he helped students understand what Industry 4.0 actually is. “Hybrid workplace of human and machine capabilities” as quoted by Dr Vijesh Jain. Dr Jain from his extensive industry experience talked about the technology intervention in the management processes in organizations and the evolving role of MBA graduates in Industry 4.0. He urged students to develop new skills and join additional courses to upskill themselves.

Dr Lalit Kumar on the other hand talked about the trending job roles for MBA students in recent times. He suggested students consider job prospects like Data Analyst that have a wide scope in the future. He also talked about unconventional MBA specializations and their relevance in Industry 4.0. Ms Jyoti Kumari’s talk revolved around the importance of practical knowledge in paving a successful career in this digital era. The speakers were of the opinion that students must opt for an institute that takes the above-mentioned points into consideration and not restricts the MBA curriculum to the books.
