The webinar was delivered by some of the industry experts having years of experience in the industry. The motive of the webinar was to discuss various career opportunities available after engineering and the right skill set required to seize those opportunities. The panellists talked about the scope of pursuing B.tech in recent times and how important it is to analyze the employability factor before opting for an engineering course.

Mr Kapil Sarawat who holds a wide industry experience of 20 years helped students understand the various job roles that engineering graduates are offered and what impact do they have on society as a whole. He also talked about the various engineering streams available and what should be kept in mind before choosing a stream. Ms Princika delivered a valuable talk on developing the right engineering skills and upgrading them from time to time. She spoke about career options available after engineering including higher education after b.tech and their efficiency in the current market. Dr Lalit Kumar Sharma on the other hand talked about the core competencies that every engineer must build in order to justify his/her job in future. He also spoke about the various engineering branches available at SAITM i.e, CSE, ME, ECE, CE, etc and how SAITM helps students in building core competencies in their respective streams. The session was concluded by a question-answer round where students got a chance to ask questions to the panellists.
