Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate various aspects of the institute, including academic programs, teaching-learning processes, infrastructure, student support services, and governance.
- Identify areas for improvement based on data analysis, feedback surveys, and internal audits.
- Develop and implement quality enhancement initiatives such as workshops, faculty development programs, and curriculum revisions.
- Support participation in national and international rankings to enhance the institutes reputation.
- Collect and analyze data on various institutional parameters like student enrollment, placement rates, faculty qualifications, and research output.
- Organize workshops and seminars on quality assurance themes for faculty and staff.
